From physical square meters to GZC supply

The same two-step rule is applied to every unit and exposed in the public JSON dataset.

Calculate usable house area

Living space counts in full. Terraces count at half of their measured area.

S house = living area + ½ terraces

Convert usable area into GZC

Each 0.01 m² of registered usable area corresponds to 1 GZC.

GZC = ceil(sum(S house) × 100)
