Addendum No. 1
to the GZ Constellation Public Offer for the GZC token
1. GZC Token Issue Price
As of the effective date of this Addendum, the issue price of one GZC token is changed from 12 EUR to 13 EUR.
2. Rental Yield
As of the effective date of this Addendum, the rental yield amount is changed from 1.324 EURGZC to 1.43 EURGZC.
3. Blockchain Risks and External Protocols
GZ Constellation shall not be liable for losses, access restrictions, delays, data loss, loss of digital assets, or any other consequences arising from hacks, vulnerabilities, failures, attacks, forks, consensus errors, or other incidents affecting the Stellar blockchain, third-party blockchains, wallets, exchanges, bridges, smart contracts, liquidity protocols, or any other external protocols and services that are not under the direct control of GZ Constellation.
4. Other Terms
All other terms of the Public Offer remain in force to the extent they do not contradict this Addendum.
